Supports the Miami University Fraternity and Sorority Community through Council Advisement; Support of chapter leadership; collaboration with alumni, advisors and executive headquarters; leadership retreats, and conferences. The Office coordinates and supports community wide programs and educational activities to support the five Pillars of the Community: Scholarship and Learning; Service and Philanthropy; Leadership and Values; Community; Brotherhood and Sisterhood.

The mission for Miami University's Army ROTC Program is to inspire future leaders and commission-capable lieutenants of character. Our vision is to be 7th Brigade's premier ROTC program that develops trained, adaptable, leaders of character with a 'passion' for service to our great nation in a time of persistent conflict; cadet success recognized by excellence or outstanding at camp and component/branch of choice during accessions; and inspiring cadre who the cadets & community seek out for guidance, leadership, and mentorship.

The arts are a critical element to understanding, appreciating and enhancing life. The Performing Arts Series offers a venue in which to experience the arts. As our community seeks to understand itself and others, the Performing Arts Series seeks to provide both a window through which to view ideas, cultures, art forms, as well as to provide a mirror in order to reflect upon ourselves, our history, our own culture. As a service provided by Miami University, the Performing Arts Series will play an important role in developing and educating new audiences for the present and for the future.

OTP promotes a successful academic and social transition to college through the orientation process for new students, which includes:

- introducing students to university resources and support
- fostering environments that promote students’ sense of belonging
- promoting interdependence between students and their communities of support (staff, faculty, peers, family members)
- creating academic and co-curricular goals
cultivating curiosity and action about new ideas, experiences, and directions

The Student Transitions and Family Engagement mission is enacted through the PATHs framework. Through orientation programs and transition experiences, students will experience each of the concepts in the PATHs framework.

Your Miami PATHs will include:

Perspective: As a new Miami student, you will grow your own perspectives by considering the perspectives you'd like to share with others and the perspectives you'd like to learn about.

The University Lecture Series provides three to five lectures each year addressing different disciplines within the academic community.

Lecture Series strives to bring in speakers covering a broad spectrum of contemporary issues for the Miami University, Oxford, and Southern Ohio communities. Through a seminar, dinner, lecture, and public reception, Lecture Series provides access to the speakers for as many people as possible.
