Mission
To develop and facilitate member interest in regards to Anatomy and Physiology
through education and exploration. Through this organization, members will further
develop their interest in anatomy through educational activities relating to such topics,
exploration of career paths utilizing knowledge of such sciences, and socializing with
other clubs with the goal of developing outside interests, networking, and co-hosting
volunteering and fundraising events. Philanthropic projects will entail fundraising and
volunteering with the goal of supporting charitable and worthwhile causes representing
physical ailments and disorders. It is the ultimate goal of this organization that members
will continuously increase knowledge and interest in Anatomy & Physiology and science
in general. It is the executive board's mission to encourage curiosity in the sciences and
provide opportunities for members to further explore their passions in the sciences.
Member recruitment and retention will be slightly selective, but will not be exclusive to
science majors, but rather anyone who is interested in these topics. Senior members
will assist and support younger members in any way possible, such as scheduling,
testing, material mastery, as well as general sense of fellowship and camaraderie.
Candidate selection for executive board positions will be at the discretion of the present
executive board and take place every fall in order for a spring transition.

APC provides many hands-on experiences through different skill clinics, certifications, unique dissections, and events for service and philanthropy. Many of our members are pre-health, so they get connected with peers and mentors on the same path, but we are open to all students of any major!

What is Cru?

Cru is a global interdenominational Christian movement that provides spiritual resources to college campuses so that students can grow closer to Jesus Christ. 



Our Mission:

Here at Miami Cru, we are passionate about connecting students to Jesus. We foster a community that is safe to ask questions and grow in your faith no matter where you are in your spiritual journey. Our goal is to turn students into Christ centered laborers for a lifetime. 



Events We Hold: 

We host weekly meetings on Thursdays at 8:00pm and offer opportunities to be involved in a small group bible study where you can connect with other students and go deeper into your faith. Throughout the semester, we host different social events to further connect students in our ministry and across campus. 



Other Opportunities:

The Honors Student Advisory and Activities Board (HSAB) is a student organization that serves as the link between the students and staff of the Honors College. As a programming body, HSAB provides various ways for students to get involved in the Honors community and explore scholarship, leadership, and service outside of the classroom. HSAB also plans and executes several events for students on campus both within HSAB and the Honors College in general. HSAB serves to foster friendship, promote personal growth, and establish unity among organization members and the entire Honors community. Further, HSAB assists Honors College faculty and staff with prospective student recruitment and alumni relations.

Past projects: representation on the Honors College Advisory Committee; Honors Student/Faculty Dinner; planning Oxford-wide Make a Difference Day and Spring into Service; Partnership with the Honors LLC for a carnival; organizing a benefit Patriot Dash 5K race for the Wounded Warrior Project; HSAB group bonding events at hockey games and Butterfield Farms; team building with the Outdoor Pursuit Center; planning and executing Honors Formal and Honors Week; coordinating and hosting Honors Hangouts with academic and social programming such as guest speakers, debates, and creative activities.

Miami Management and Leadership, a student-driven business organization, is committed to nurturing students' growth as leaders and assisting them in realizing their full professional potential. Our primary focus is on fostering connections with our members while simultaneously enhancing leadership abilities, imparting managerial skills, and preparing the leaders of tomorrow.

This organization is an ideal choice for students aspiring to cultivate their unique leadership styles and professionalism, addressing two key qualities frequently sought after by recruiters. The Miami University Banking Club (MUBC) was founded in 2017 by executives from PNC and Fifth Third Bank to establish a direct pipeline into some of the most sought-after roles in finance.

Differentiated by its “hands-on” approach, MUBC provides real-world experience not offered in the classroom.

MUBC is the only student-led organization on campus that hosts weekly keynote guest speaker events in-person, administers a technical education program, and travels to cities like New York and Chicago to visit leading financial institutions in the industry. MUBC is committed to equipping its members with a comprehensive skill set formed through experiential learning, preparing them to consistently excel in internship and full-time recruitment. MUBC has a 100% placement rate among its juniors and graduating seniors.

Additionally, MUBC recently unveiled the organization’s new “PATHWAYS” program – a career-focused mentorship initiative that groups upperclassmen with underclassmen navigating the recruitment process, to strategically align career interests and offer support from students who have interviewed for these desired careers. PATHWAYS helps students develop career-specific technical skills, receive mentorship from those who have succeeded in their desired field, and obtain business acumen to thoroughly prepare each student for a career in finance.

With just over 70 members, the Banking Club has grown to be the most competitive business organization on campus, and remains one of the few clubs founded by executives from real companies, and stands alone as the only student organization to travel to New York City in school history. This April, MUBC will return to Wall Street for its second NYC trip in the club’s history.

Mission
The Miami University Panhellenic Association is the coordinating body for activities that promote the common interests of all sororities on Miami's campus.

It embraces each of the Five Pillars it stands for; scholarship and learning, service and philanthropy, leadership and values, community, and sisterhood. Each school year, sorority women participate in programming events that aid in the development of each of these values. The programs for members range from health and safety initiatives, to educational programs and community service activities.

Panhellenic also works with the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), the Interfraternity Council IFC, and the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to host signature programs each year. These include: Greek Week (a week long celebration of the FSL community), Acropolis (an off-campus emerging leaders retreat), and Greek Spring Service (a large day of service)!

The Panhellenic Association also sponsors and coordinates Miami's Sorority Recruitment process, and is the unifying, governing, and coordinating body of the sorority community.

We are the Phi Nu Chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honors Society, a co-ed Honors Society for English students. We seek to encourage each other in academic pursuits, serve our department, and - perhaps most importantly - bond as a family.

Sigma Tau Delta is open to all English majors, English minors, and English education majors. We hold one chapter meeting each week and host a variety of social and service events throughout the semester.
